1. Get any questions answered about the plan you have chosen.
2. Provide the date you would like the plan to start.
3. Provide the names, addresses, and appropriate telephone numbers of the employees involved.
4. Let us know if you want us to call them if we have not heard from the employees by a certain date.
5. We will overnight you the handouts for the employees that explains the services and how they benefit them.
6. Decide the form of payment to Outplacement Advice Line.
